Maya is a Taqueria established in 2022 in the city of Elizabeth. Our kitchen was founded in 2020 just right after the COVID-19 pandemic with the purpose of showing a little bit more of the Mexican cuisine but with a different perspective where our customers can have a totally new palate-experience. The authentic tacos and other dishes are made with local ingredients and high-quality meats and fish from the region.

With over fifteen years of experience our dishes have been crafted thinking of the most traditional techniques used in Mexican cuisine. Furthermore, our kitchen is 100% inspired in the street food that can be found all over the popular Mexico City, providing our customers with unique and special recipes for every taste.
